I had damage to my house when a try fell through the roof. Nearly EVERY aspect of fixing this problem was a complete disaster. Insurance was a disaster, contractors were a disaster, and I had a roofer not return my calls for over a month while a tarp was the only thing keeping water from flooding my house. Finally, John came to the house. Everything was done perfectly and professionally. I am not somebody to typically write reviews, but this was warranted. Highly recommend.
